1. Acceptance of Terms

By donating or making payments through Mahanaim Ministries (“Trust”), you agree to:

Razorpay’s General Terms,

Applicable Indian laws (including IT Act, 2000 and RBI guidelines).

Continued use implies acceptance of updates.

2. Donations & Payments

Accepted Methods:

Credit/Debit Cards (Visa/Mastercard/RuPay),

UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.),

Net Banking,

Recurring Donations (if enabled).

Important Notes:

Tax-Exempt Donations: [Provide UTR/80G details if applicable].

Refunds: Donations are non-refundable except for technical errors (contact within 7 days).

Receipts: Auto-generated via email/SMS. For 80G certificates, email [mahanaim.thiyakar@gmail.com].

3. User Responsibilities

Donors Must:

Be 18+ years old,

Provide accurate PAN (for 80G claims),

Not use the platform for money laundering or fraudulent activities.

Mahanaim Ministries Will:

Use donations solely for charitable/religious purposes,

Issue 80G tax exemption certificates (for eligible donations),

Protect donor data per Razorpay’s Privacy Policy.

4. Fees & Transparency

Razorpay Fees: 2% + GST per transaction (deducted automatically).

Trust’s Commitment: 100% of net donations go to charitable work.

Example: For ₹1,000 donation:

Fees: ₹20 + GST = ₹23.60

Net Received: ₹976.40

5. Prohibited Activities

Donations cannot be used for:

❌ Personal gain or non-charitable purposes,

❌ Illegal activities under Indian law,

❌ Funding prohibited organizations.

Violations will be reported to authorities.

6. Data Privacy

Collected Data: Name, email, phone, PAN (for 80G), payment details.

Purpose: Processing donations, issuing tax certificates, and compliance.

Sharing: Data shared only with:

Razorpay (for payments),

Government bodies (for 80G audits).

7. Dispute Resolution

Technical Issues: Email [mahanaim.thiyakar@gmail.com] within 48 hours.

Chargebacks: Provide proof of unauthorized transactions within 3 days.

Governing Law: Bengaluru courts have jurisdiction.

8. Trust’s Liability

Mahanaim Ministries is not liable for:

Razorpay’s service outages,

Incorrect donor details provided by you,

Bank/UPI processing delays.

9. Amendments

Updates will be posted at [www.mahanaiministriescovai.in] and notified via email/SMS.
